MAGIC...I had issues with my calf/knee after walking for extended periods. I had a sports massage and felt instantly better. Worth every penny. Kat has an infectious can do attitude and I would highly recommend her sports massage, fitness sessions and podcast.

Every time I walk away from one of Kat’s methodically planned Power Hour sessions I feel that sense of achievement that comes with pushing yourself to your limits, together with the sheer endorphin rush you experience when you complete a cracking workout. I am always looking for variation and continual stimulation to keep my body guessing, and Kat’s sessions deliver just that. Kat really knows her stuff, taking time to explain the rationale behind each exercise and how it links to the next, which makes it more meaningful during the session. This, together with the great atmosphere at the unit makes Power Hour a class which I really look forward to. Whether you are a complete beginner, or looking to enhance your fitness even further, I would highly recommend Power Hour.

I attended Power Hour for the first time last week and absolutely loved it. As an experienced fitness professional in what feels like a former life, I'd really lost my way and have struggled to find someone or something to help me get back on track. I've been to other classes with poor instruction, lack of values and gimmicks that seem focused on making money that I thought I would never find my own motivation again because I needed some guidance that I could trust. Kat is a game changer, she is just what I need- well thought out session, excellent instruction, attention paid to the mental side of things and you know she is fully invested in her approach. I am excited to rebuild my fitness with her and find my cool again :).

Kat has been my PT for 3 years and I am fitter, stronger and healthier than I have ever been! I have recently added Power Hours into my training plan which are an awesome way of continuing to build strength, fitness and stamina. It's great to train alongside like minded, motivational people who encourage you to give it 100%! Kat's passion for what she does is motivational and inspiring and I couldn't recommend 1-2-1 PT or Power Hours highly enough!

Kat's PT sessions are always different, full of purpose and fun. You'll not come across a more knowledgeable, energetic and positive person to get the best out of you. Couldn't recommend more highly!
