Don provides excellent, science based training, tailored to meet our specific needs as kitesurfers. He has helped us with strength, endurance, explosive power, core strength and stability, skill development and has also helped with our rehabilitation following injury on the water.

Don helped me with my strength training and conditioning when I was preparing to climb Mt Blanc, which was four years ago. With the great sessions he put together my trip was a success. I have continued to train with Don since then, and have managed to fulfil some lifetime goals (cycling from London to Paris in under 24 hours, and reaching the top of Kala Patthar, which sits 200 metres above base camp in the shadow of Mt Everest) that would never have been achieved without Don's help. I owe him big time.

For the best in Muay Thai and S&C coaching - I cannot recommend Don highly enough. I have trained with him since 2012, and in that time have also recommended all my sports massage and yoga clients with Strength and Conditioning needs, train with him too. I know that they are in safe and very capable hands, especially when injury rehab is a priority. His training programmes and methodologies are up to date, effective, bespoke and suitable for elite level athletes through to sedentary individuals seeking to return to activity safely. Bury St Edmunds doesn't know what an asset it has on it's doorstep! And for everyone else, his on line training programmes are top notch too!
