Lucy has been providing me and my sister with excellent online workouts since March, at the beginning of lockdown. Her classes have been (and continue to be) an excellent way to stay fit and active from the comfort of our living room. Her workouts are 30 minutes long, which makes them really easy to fit into a working schedule at lunchtime, or after work. She mixes the exercises so that each class is new, interesting and challenging in a different way to the last. The class structure has evolved over the course of the year and now they are better than ever. My sister and I look forward to every class - thanks Lucy!

Lucy has a great approach to personal training. She sets realistic expectations and has helped me think of workouts as more of a routine – rather than a very intense short term fad which I’d suffered from in the past. I’ve found it hugely beneficial to have a workout routine planned around me and my goals. I've also been joining in on the virtual boot camp sessions throughout lockdown which has been great fun and has kept me active. The sessions are so accessible and anyone can do them anywhere.

Lucy's virtual workouts have been incredibly helpful and motivating over that last year. Lucy is a wonderful PT and gives lots of tips on how to get the most from the exercises and alternatives if they are too difficult. Highly recommended

Lucy is a great PT. Very knowledgeable and helpful not only with exercise but also diet and general wellbeing. The online classes are superb which include warm up and cool down stretches. I have lost weight and I'm feeling healthier and fitter than ever!

Lucy is an excellent trainer, very knowledgeable and sessions are always tailored to the individual. We always have so much fun in our sessions!
