Furious because i got a parking ticket despite the fact i had bought and displayed a valid Pay and Display ticket. Fortunately the ticket was still in my car. Be careful because the reviews I've read about Euro Car Parks don't exactly portray them as clever, generous and just. Hang on to that ticket! Oh, went to see Tenet in the cinema - great film but no idea what was going on! Just remembered i didn't get my money back for the car park ticket either as you have to do this before you go and see the film but no one actually told us this. Grrr.

Visited yesterday to see Tenet. Staff very friendly and gave helpful advice re the Covid-19 precautions, cashier asked for details for track & trace all very politely.Cleaners seemed to be constantly working in all areas. Only problem was that the film took ages to start and then almost immediately stopped. No staff to explain for sometime , but after around 5 mins all was well. Generally a pleasant afternoon and the cinema was a credit to the manager and staff.

Smart modern facility with excellent sound and screens. Comfy seats with clear views. It's THE PLACE to watch films.

The IMAX screen is the best way to watch a movie. Love this cinema.
