Fantastic little pet shop situated within a garden centre. The staff were so welcoming to us when we visited, and offered our pup a treat to settle her in. When we asked for advice on dog foods the lady was clearly very knowledgeable and gave us a great summary of our options. They also offer a great service of your money back if they don’t like the food. Would highly recommend a visit!

Really impressed with this store (Bury St Edmunds). We were needing some advice on dog food for our retriever and Damien was so knowledgeable and patient walking us through the options. There's even a money back guarantee! I was also really interested to hear about the ethos of the business; it was clear this is a company looking to do things in the right way. You've got my business and I'll certainly be recommending you to others.

Highly recommend this pet shop. Service is A***** at this branch.All staff are friendly and professional. Damien is a star!! He is very knowledgeable and was very helpful finding the right food for our little cat (who has dietary problems) and recommended an alternative cat litter which we are using with our cat now with good results!!! Well done everyone! 😀

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, good prices. Even a puppy discount on first purchases when you are getting those initial essentials ( bed, toys, food, more toys, treats etc ). The staff give this place 5 stars, but the shop is a little small... so a bigger shop and it would of been five stars all the way.

Highly recommend the service at this branch. Damien was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.. and had a genuine interest in helping us find a dog food that a fussy eater would eat ! There was no hesitation in providing samples to try at home, and no hard sell. Totally different experience to visiting another local independent store that claims to be the best UK pet shop. In my books Pets Corner, Bury St Edmunds is far superior. Thank you to Damien.
