I always buy my dog food from Primal Raw. After having tried other companies i have found their food good quality, reasonably priced and they have great customer service. They are very helpful, friendly and deliver always on time. Would highly recommend.
We started feeding raw food when we got our 2 rescue dogs, we didn't have a clue what was what the staff at Primal Raw were extremely helpful and happy to help us trial small amounts to see what worked for our dogs. They have now been on raw food from Primal Raw for 2 years. Staff are always polite and helpful and go above and beyond to make sure we receive the best service possible. Their online ordering system is great and very user friendly which has been great during lockdown, they're always at the end of the phone to help if you make any mistakes too. Can't recommend them enough for their high quality products and outstanding customer service.
I admit that now a days it is very hard to please customers no matter the industry however, the team at Primal Raw have been nothing short of amazing!
The level of service provided here is without question the best I have experienced PERIOD.
I don't care who you are, what you sell or where you from, if you are not treating your customers like these guys do, you are NOT doing it right let me tell you!

I recommend primal raw all day long. The service they provide is second to none. I’m last minute.com and primal raw have been amazing in compensating for my ways on a number of occasions, not only that I have the fussiest allergic to everything dog, and they provide a fantastic service for him too, always doing the best they can to fulfil his order, advise and recommend. They have a wealth of knowledge and experience under their belts and offer such a wide range of brands, products and foods, and most affordable to anywhere else I have personally found. In my experience primal raw have customer and consumer 🐶 at the heart and focus of their service at all times, going the extra mile whenever they can. Well done! You’re amazing! I placed my first order with Primal Raw yesterday and received it today. I am really happy with their service. I rang with one or two questions and the lady I spoke to was really helpful.
