I bought a pond liner and a pump from aquatics2u. Very good prices, fast delivery and excellent customer services. Had an issue with the pump 6 months after buying it and the manufacturer didn't reply to my emails. However, aquatics2u have sorted the issue. Much better customer support than you would expect from an online company. Highly recommended.

I received a dry brown lump of grass. Nothing alive in it. After several emails they still don't reply.

Very good after sales service. I bought a pump which unfortunately went wrong. Not their fault, these things happen. The friendly staff were very helpful troubleshooting to determine the problem and sorted a replacement very swiftly. I would definitely recommend them for your aquatic needs
