Friendly staff but since the recent revamp the range seems to have been reduced with more emphasis on alcohol, less use as a food store

Always seems to be a long queue here. The products are good and staff friendly but sometimes you just want to be in and out. Have the co-op ever considered self service machines for those that don’t want to chat to staff at the tills?
