Very disgusted with this surgery, tried to make an appointment (early in morning) and was on hold for over an hour. Changing my surgery as I'm disgusted how many receptionists I have seen working there and NOT 1 can pick a phone up

so unhelpful and patronising receptionist I understand they are following the rules they are set but absolutely no human touch just sorry no appointments and even to be told I was no longer a patient and must have registered elsewhere which I am pretty sure I would remember and not have wasted my time trying to reason with staff - I most certainly won’t be re-registering and will be looking elsewhere for support I would recommend others do the same

As someone who works nights, their policy of no advances appointment booking is very difficult. I tried to adhere to their strict set of rules to ring in at 8:30 (which granted I called them at 8:32) to be on hold for 12 minutes and then be told there was nothing available for that day and to just come back tomorrow. This is frustrating and I agree with many of the other reports with regards to the attitude of the reception staff

I am trying to make a appointment over a month for me and my baby to see the nurse (we are new in Swansea) but they never have time or they want me to get off in my work where I am new. They are not flexible and helpful, now trying to find anothe place.
