Highly recommended - Exceptional Great to get back to the gym after the Covid 19 lockdown. The gym is very clean and feels safe. The management and staff have done a fantastic job, highest standards of cleaning and social distancing are being maintained throughout. There is plenty of space and equipment for everyone. The pool and spinning studio, in particular, are the best in the area. All staff are both friendly and professional and I would like to thank them all for their efforts in making us feel safe when we visit the gym.

Great place and atmosphere. At times like these we should be supporting these businesses and not withdrawing subscriptions.

I have been a member at the Thames Club for quite a few years now and really enjoy the atmosphere. It's pretty relaxed and has a great front of house team, who always say hello when I go in. They are also always happy to help whenever needed. I use classes and mainly the pool, steam room and sauna as these are what I like the most. The classes are really easy to book through the app, however often popular ones do get booked up quickly. I particularly love the Yoga studio and the different instructors, who offer different aspects to each of their lessons. The only thing that brings this down one star, is that is there is conference event or football match on, it can be quite tricky to find parking.

Great facilities, bit more importantly, great staff... very helpful, also knowledgeable about individuals needs, and ability levels... for example, ...I was smashing the bench presses, thought it was too easy...until one of the trainers started putting circular pieces onto end of the bar... Yep, they are called weights.. 😂😂👍
