I first started attending classes back in February I was a bit nervous to begin with as I was not sure what to expect as I had never attended one before. It was a pleasant surprise to find everyone so friendly and welcoming and over time my confidence has grown . Sue is a first class instructor who creates workouts that can be done at different levels of fitness and ability in the same class and no one is made to feel out of their depth . I always look forward to the classes as they always make me feel more positive about myself and what I can achieve. A big thank you sue for your hard work in making your workouts challenging but a lot of fun . If you're reading this review and thinking of joining a fitness class then definitely give this one a go.

I decided earlier this year it was time to start looking after myself so took the plunge albeit quite nervous and signed up to a Saturday morning Tabitha class with Sue at 8:30am ( mad I hear you say) well this was the best decision I could’ve made I received a warm welcome from Sue and wasn’t made to feel I shouldn’t be there. I was never in to exercise and fitness and still have a long way to go, but with the support and encouragement from Sue and others in the classes I have gone from 1 class to 4/5 a week and miss them when I don’t attend for what ever the reason. Sue’s classes offer work outs for all shapes and sizes she keeps them fun and challenging and continues to encourage you she knows when to push you that little bit harder and get the best out of you for yourself. Anyone looking to take that first step take a class with Sue I can guarantee you’ll be signing up for more.

Great classes , would highly recommend.friendly and great for people who don’t see themselves as Lycra wearing gym bunnies.

Fantastic classes! I’ve done both ‘Fellas Fitness’ and ‘Bootcamp’ and found both amazing fun with steady warm ups and intense and fun main work outs with relaxing stretches. Couldn’t ask for better classes. (Reminds me of my military training...!)

EASILY THE BEST CLASSES IN CATERHAM. FUN AND FRIENDLY, WENT WITH MY DAUGHTER (16) AND WAS SUITABLE FOR BOTH OF US. IF YOU ARE SHY AND WANT TO GET INTO FITNESS I WOULD HIGHT RECCOMMEND.
