Friendly service and excellent advice! We went in to get some new chews for our puppy and were recommended the deer antlers- we weren’t sure, but the sales assistant was very convincing, and we decided to give it a go, and sure enough, it’s our dog favourite chew...will be going back for more very soon! Wonderful team! They are always happy to help, advice and support. I now spend lots of time there as we got a kitten and a puppy. I feel like I don’t want to go anywhere else but this place to get my pets food and accessorise. Very happy!
Everyone in the store is helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and provides great advice. Great quality products generally, and if you want to give your pet food products substantially better quality than high street brands, this is the place to come! Purrfect for my cat Tigger!

Walked into the store, was welcomed by the team, as it was my first time in the store, I didn't know where the cat litter was, so I had a look around, I have had my cat for 3 years now and wanted a bigger litter tray and paw, I was having a look and a lovely girl asked if everything was OK. Then I was looking at different, more expensive litter and was confronted by a different guy, I felt like he thought I was about to rob something, we were watched until we paid! I wasn't judged in Majestic for my work attire and my winter coat.
