Brilliant lady desk staff, listened to my situation and amazingly helped out. Wished I asked for her name. Very kind and gentle.
Not helpful, try to send you away when you attempt to interact with them. Horrible staff at the desk who clearly do not know what they are doing. I guess this is what happens when the anti-corruption unit is corrupt itself.
Very poor customer service from desk staff
Went there for some stolen luggage, they could have gotten the cctv from national express but told me they stopped dealing with "lost property". They didn't even try to listen to me, just confidently dismissing my story (being that my bag was STOLEN).. They are also quite rude to students be they drunk or not in clubs.
When being out in Guildford on nights out I have generally found the police to be quite rude, aggressive and unprofessional in how they speak to members of the public. During one incident that I was involved in the police were called but they didn't listen to my side of the story. They immediately gave me a dispersal order and thus sided with the other person.
