Windmill is privately owned and supposedly viewable by appointment. Nice to drive by with visitors you have collected from Gatwick when avoiding a traffic incident on M25. You can walk on National Trust land nearby.

Lovely walk in Harewood looking for Reindeer. Great but very muddy underfoot. Care needed.

Harewoods National Trust, woodlands is a nice walk. There is a small car park through which you can follow the footpath. When we visited it is autumn and the leaves are falling. If it is wet make sure that you take wallies as the footpath is very muddy. Kids can enjoy the woods building den from fallen branches and wood.
