Nice easy walk from the Pitchfont Carpark up to the Estate. There’s usually some sheep or cows for the kids to look. There’s a cafe and toilets near the estate before you head up into the woods.

Great for walking some steep inclines .closed more than its open limited parking. Some nice views but the constant drum of the M25 spoils it

Rotary place has many levels. One it has a free walk, both a short and longer one. Through the estate plantation and estate grounds. Glorious views, beautiful glades and children and dog friendly. It has a cafe and shop, selling locally produced goods and home baked cakes. There are extensive grounds, a lake, haha, standard trees and historic house. Finally a kitchen garden within brick walls growing almost everything. Worth a visit and give yourself a few hours. Botley hill farm nearby for drinks and food, or walk from the car park.

A lovely place. Because of COVID-19, the house is shut, but the place has lovely, spacious gardens, a tea room which caters very well for vegans and those with food allergies, and some lovely woodland walks. As it is at the foot of the North Downs, the views from the grounds (both at the bottom and the top of the hills) are wonderful.
