The business is family run so expect there to be few professionalism.
They CAN appear miserable and agitated through tone.
There are a large variety of birds but none in the way of African Grey's and Macaws.
New birds come weekly, not daily as advertised, though that COULD mean accessories only.

Do not buy their cages, bring YOUR own. They sell cages but no portable ones.
Warning:
Once a bird has been brought, change their diet to contain pellets, not seeds.
Seeds are high in fat AND MAY kill your bird.
Excellent place, none stop shop for your pets needs. Also stockist of various birds/parrots. Excellent customer service
I travelled all the way from Essex to look for a parrot and I find this bird centre the birds was lovely and very well looked after and cages was so clean and the staff are so very welcoming and very helpful I brought a 5 month blue amazon he has settled down very nicely and getting used to his new home thank you so much 😊
Great place. I always go here to buy anything relating to my pets (pet food, maintenance, toys etc) or to buy birds. Staff are great and very knowledgeable.
So expensiveeee!!! Normal colour budgies cost £25, the raimbow colour budgies £30. Parrots more than £80+. Not getting a great value here.
