Friendly staff. But not much in terms of fish. I haven't been to a world of water for a while and used to go to the one in staines which was pretty decent. So had high hopes for this one after travelling for an hour but was disappointed. Shame
I'm trying, with no knowledge or skill, to build a pond. The chap I spoke to took the time to talk me through everything and explain what I had to do and what I'd need. I left feeling like I had a plan and was envigorated by the experience. Checked online and the prices are very reasonable so will go back and get everything I need, with lots more advice hopefully, to get everything when groundwork is done. Thoroughly recommend the experience.

New owners have made the whole area very user friendly with lots of new stock.
