Absolutely disgraceful manners by the receptionist and Doctor I saw. Very unfriendly and Appears to be emotionally inept, no compassion or empathy. Reminded me of a mad scientist. "Only listens to himself." The conversation was disturbing and very questionable. Apparently seems to think everyone is wrong except him. Very odd behaviour. He also kept the door open whilst I was being seen. The Doctor was armed to the nines with PPE so no reason to do this. It's currently a one way system and the exit is just past the room I was in, so everyone leaving the surgery would have to walk past that room and "WOULD" have HEARD what was being said. It was a very busy day too. NOT IMPRESSED!!!

Receptionist not very helpful don’t feel any sense of care, she’s sounds very rude. Even I explained to her I just had operation and needing nurse visit to check my wound and change the plaster. She should be sack people called because they need help or in pain and their the first line before seeing the doctor.

For haverfordwest its as good as it gets, it's only relative of course! The reception staff are slightly less rude then normal, slightly less invasive and slightly more helpful . One or two are sometimes down right helpful ( perhaps they should see a Dr?) It's clean ,it's not that hard to get an appointment . So all in all could be worse. That being said it won't stop you dying in a corridor on a trolley in the dirty understaffed hospital .
