Receptionists for the most part are very friendly & helpful. The Doctors I have seen have very blinkered & archaic views. I have seen at least 3. I don't even know who my Doctor actually is ! I am far from happy being a patient here but sadly there isn't a lot of choice in Haverfordwest.
This place typifies how third world the NHS in Wales is becoming. They are using Covid as an excuse to do even less than usual, even though it has not been a particular problem round here. The government likes to perpetuate the myth that the health service in the UK is world class. It's anything but
It has got all of the Covid 19 safe guards up and are really good with the patients that need to use their Surgery
My Mother is an 82 year old patient of this practice. To date she has been unable to receive a flu jab this year. I have serious concerns about certain health issues which seem to be being overlooked or she is being 'fobbed off'.
I would like to say Thankyou to this lovely surgery.
I holiday in Broadhaven and needed to have a dressing changed whilst down there, I rang to ask if it was possible to have it changed there and they were so accommodating, I had an appointment and was seen on time.
The Staff are so nice.
