5 stars is not for the shop or for the staff as a whole but simply for one member of staff. His name is Sam I believe and he makes my day ( I shop in Waitrose every day). I look forward to seeing him and chatting with him behind the till, his customer service skills are impeccable and he is truest the life and soul of this garage. Thank you Sam !!
Such friendly staff and good variety of foods, wine and snacks after you've fueled your Engine 😃
Apart from the fact some people choose to do what appears to be half a weeks shopping stopping people from paying for their petrol quickly its a good clean store with a decent range of items.
Always fully stocked ...covid conscious ...friendly staff ....amazing location
Nice clean store, happy staff, had to queue but you expect that these days. Good floor markings and security on the door.
