I had food and a few drinks here as we were staying in the hotel for the night. The restaurant was nice, modern and clean. I ordered a fish and chips, which was lovely and came out quite quickly. Our waiter Dian was always on hand, enthusiastically making sure we were having a good experience which topped it all! Definitely would visit again.

(I have decided to review this place individually because I don't think it's fair lumping it in with the rest of the park) We stayed over at the Shark Cabins and had dinner on our first day here and breakfast on our second day. We booked both times in advance. On both occasions I can't fault the food or the service. We had fish & chips for the evening meal with ice cream deserts. OK, simple food but done perfectly well. For breakfast, there was a kind of standard buffet but with staff plating the food under your direction. This seemed a sensible, workable solution in the era of social distancing. The staff were excellent and we really enjoyed both visits! (Hint) To Thorpe Park - take the staff here, clone them, then fill the rest of the park with them.

Rushing you on 3 occasions then laughing in full view of the people paying good money to eat here. Don't remember parts of orders. Guy in kitchen picking fingers, scratching head and picking nose all in full view of the seating area. Not many choices when you stay in the on site shark hotel but goto do better.

Food was amazing, staff are lovely, food was quick and great quality! Weird drinking beer from a plastic cup but didn't hate it! Shout out to Holly who was our server for the evening, she was so attentive and friendly. She was also an amazingly quick walker... absolutely run off her feet but still an absolute gem 💎 thank you for the lovely breakfast the next day too! Managed to serve hot food and still manage the covid distancing! More than what we've had elsewhere!!!
