I am a regular customer that gets their food delivered . 9/10 I tend to stick to the same order which is a whole chicken with sides. This evening the entire order was cold & not fresh . The whole chicken should come with 2 legs & 2 pieces of breast instead they gave us 3 legs 1 breast. I am very much disappointed with today’s order. Very poor standard. They need to up their game otherwise they will lose a lot of business. 😡😡

Poor service, made a order they then changed order to make it more expensive charged me without my consent . Called to sort it out and the guy was not helpful. Food was poor quality I will not be using this shop again .

Food is good but don't order through Deliveroo. The menu is not complete - I received 2 orders with meat in even though the menu states the quesadillas are vegetarian. Unable to get any assistance from Deliveroo or the restaurant.

Honestly, it's the best food on Epsom high street, no doubt. The food itself has an amazing flavour, and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, would highly recommend coming here with the lads for a quick lunch. 10/10

I always recommend this place to family and friends, the best grilled chicken in Epsom. Unfortunately they lose points in two areas, which they can easily fix though. The food took 1hr 35min to arrive. Normally its 30-45min but it is a Friday night and I find it always takes over an hour on Fridays. If they cannot deliver in ~30mins I would appreciate the order not be accepted or call and let me know. Can’t have guests waiting 1.5hr for food. I ordered a chicken salad and the chicken is meant to be served cold in the salad. They put hot grilled chicken in the salad and placed it under all of the other hot chickens. By the time the food arrived, all of the salad had weltered and was really not edible. The chicken, however, was spot on as always and the extra hot wings are amazing. I do hope you take on extra drivers for the weekend rush and please always pack the salads separate.
