Great fun for any little ones with an interest in trains, be it steam, diesel or electric. Open every Sunday throughout the Spring, Summer and Autumn. The ticket office, toilet facilities and cafe are all contained within a lovely station building reminiscent of another time. Well priced and loyalty cards are available.

A lovely 'mainline' 7 1/4 inch gauge railway. Some lovely scale locomotives plus had the opportunity to drive a Mardyke deltic which was great, as a volunteer at another miniature railway I've always wanted to drive a Mardyke loco. Excellent day last year at the gala with visiting traction engines and exhibits, plenty of trains running and some lovely Victoria sponge cake and Cornish pasties from the café
