A good proportion of parking spaces on site. Drive through is easy to negotiate with a slightly larger vehicle such as a four by four. Ordering is very easy using the order here point and the speaker is clear and audible, it would be better if the menu board was before the order point. Payment by card is made easy with card machine on an extending "rod". Purchases are passed to you using an ingenious moving shelf. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The girls on the drive through were lovely. They were very helpful at guiding me through all the new coffees on the menu. And I was especially pleased that I got a chocolate with my x mas coffee.

Just want to say, this store despite how busy they can get really do give it their all! they're polite and really do interact with there customers. ive been to this location for the last month and I have never been let down! always great quality drinks and food :) thankyou.
If this place served any slower they’d come to a complete stop! Avoid where possible.
Frequently closes early due to lack of staff and you’re lucky if the drive through is open for the same reason.
There’s also always something they don’t have, cream, breakfast baps, medium cups etc.
Costa really need to evaluate this location as it’s severely damaging their brand.
Only the drive thru was open at 2pm on a Sunday!!!
Took ages to get thru. I assume due to lack of staff. Had no problem with the staff that was serving. But clearly they need help. Shouldn't be too difficult to find staff.
