Useless, unable to order, at the order screen. No counter service., Staff asleep looking at kitchen. Hello, someone look to the front where your business is coming. No orderly queue, no one directing. People blocking new arrivals. Guess what no one cares. Frustratingly the screen only directs to large meals. Which is no good., As most people cannot eat large portions. Not mentioning the price. BK check out your competitors. Splendid service at every level. Yours is always poor. I may just give up stopping at your joints from now on.
dissatisfied I was not served well coffee is a disaster I never take from there again
Absolute disaster terrible customer service and they cannot even follow the order screen information took them 3 tries to get 1 burger correct to match the order (no modifications just a standard chicken bacon sandwich with mayo and lettuce) they did not give us a straw, also had to go back to get the sauces we paid for.
The staff just need to learn to read the order screen and follow it is not hard.
Food fresh social distancing in full view thank you
