What an awful experience, I'm not sure where to begin so I have compiled a list of my issues in no particular order,
• Poorly packaged, the condiments were placed in the same bag as the food rather than the drinks meaning they were warm upon arrival.
• The food itself was about the same temp as the condiments (lukewarm)
• The chips were dry and tasted like cardboard.
• Order notes were missed making parts of the meal inedible for one of our group.
• The 'spicy' fried chicken fillets are from it.
Really disappointing, please avoid at all costs.
