The vegetarian korma was very disappointing. The sauce was tasty but no chunky vegetables such as squash, peppers, aubergine, cauliflower or onion. The vegetables were a selection of frozen broad beans, peas, sweetcorn and square carrot chunks. Naan bread was very nice.
Waited 2 hours for food and ended up with my fish not being cooked. Really disappointed
We have gone once and had masala dosas and one paneer dosa, that was late and I had a feeling they even forgotten about it. The drinks were tiny little glasses, considering the price... But it was all ok.
Next day took most of family there and we had booked a table with children for 8pm.
Our orders were not taken for at least good 40mins. Kids food came quick and all good.
Starter portions were really small, and took ages to come.... Not even talking about the mains! We had our dinner only at 10pm!!!
The fish is by all means to be avoided, this was most likely frozen and cooked in a rush, as the edges were slightly cooked and middle was raw... We have asked to cancel the fish from the order, for which none of the staff even apologized for....
The menu is wide and lots of choice, but the ability to serve all of the dishes is impossible at this place. They should simplify and serve main dishes at a good speed and readiness of meals.
To be known such a good place, this has disappointed us greatly...
I care about ambience and service along with food when I go out to eat. Unfortunately I can't say anything was good about this place. Will not be going back.
Great food, however the owner was extremely rude. I had asked for drinks four times, gave up and went to the bar asking again. The owner was extremely rude saying "do you know how many staff I have" at which point I told him that wasn't my problem and he told me to sit down. This review is from tonight 4th Nov. My bill was £133.00 with no apology. I have dropped £60 in tip on my previous visit here. Not again and will definitely not be returning as I don't like being insulted.
