My first visit here, and I will definitely will be coming back. The staff are really helpful, has it's own cat section on the 1st floor. I had a million questions (new cat owner) and they were happy to answer all my questions. The Vets on the top floor were really friendly and gave me loads of tips and advice. The young lady at the till recommended to join the VIP Club and got a load of free stuff and nice discount on my 1st shop 😊🐱

Found some of the customer care was somewhat lacking. Passive aggressive treatment at the till. Other staff in the past have been very helpful.
