Fish Tank

Surprised by how big it was. Extremely friendly staff.. very clean and will almost be my No1 pet shop moving forward. Thanks guys

We visited the store the other day with the intention of looking around a purchasing some new items and some fish as we are keen to support out local fish store, but we did not have the experience that we were hoping for, for a number of reasons. The lady that was working in the store was not wearing mask. Although I understand that there are exceptions to the rule of wearing a mask, she was also not adhering to social distancing as much as possible as she was squeezing past us very close around the store without even saying excuse me or giving us the opportunity to move for her. She asked us if we were looking for something specifically and we told her that we were looking for an anti internal bacteria and she got us the filter starter and then when we told her what we needed it for, she started asking questions suggesting that we didn’t know what we’re doing. She finally realised what it was that we needed and got the item for us, immediately put it through the till for us to pay before we had finished looking around. We were intending on buying a number of different items, and some fish but because we felt so rushed and unwelcome while we were there, we only bought the item that we desperately required and went to someone else for the other stuff we required. We do intend to return to try again as you are the most local store with an amazing variety of fish, so we are hopeful that the experience will be better next time.

good selection of marines in clean tanks. Freshwater is very disappointing. Small, dirty tanks, with dead fish. Also the website has a decent selection, but when you go into the store, most of what is on the website is not there.

Bought my first tank from Fish Tank Gary and team were very helpful with selecting tank equipment and decor etc. They delivered and set up the tank whilst I was at work and have always offered great advice and support. I would definitely recommend.
