Fantastic little place, got something for all ages here. My 11 year old loved the mazes they wasn't the normal easy ones a mix of every level 😀

I took my family here and was very disappointed at the lack of things to do. I understand things are restricted due to the coronavirus but it just seems like an all round dull sort of place ☹ when we arrived there was a lady at the till of the cafe where we had to check in with our tickets and she gave us wristbands. We asked for a paper version of a map but there weren't any and were just simply asked to take a photo of a big picture on the wall which wasn't the best as we had to keep taking out my phone and looking at the picture! The place wasn't clearly signposted at all. Luckily there were a few people around where we were walking to ask where things were. My children managed to get through the mazes pretty quickly but they did enjoy them. The play area was out of bounds although legally it should have been open. Had a long walk around although as mentioned before, it all did seem very dull. On the way out we needed to use the toilet facilities. We came out and then went to the limited cafe where my children picked up some snacks and a drink and the lady very rudely spoke to us with a bad attitude to remind us that it was debit card payments only. I did look around to see if if it was a compulsory thing for debit cards but there was only a sign to say that they 'preferred ' debit card payments. SO cash would have been fully accepted but because of the lady's attitude we put the things back and left. I have never really been to such a disappointing place as I have taken my family to MANY places and this by far has been a big disappointing experience. I will not be recommending it. These are the reasons I have only rated it 1/5 stars ☹

Price of entry is decent! Price of food is a joke! £5 for a simple sandwich! Maze bit is probably the best bit. They could do more with the animals! We were under the impression you could interact with the animals but this was not the case. It has been a nice day out, the weather helped. Dont think it would be my first place to rush back 2!

Fantastic day out was had, shame that a couple of paths were closed (one was for a fallen tree) and couldn't see why, and there was alot of geese poo so watch out for that.

I've visited on a number of occasions and it's always been good but I have not been for a couple of years and going back was not the same as before. The indoor education centre has been removed and replaced with a soft play area. You used to be able to buy fish and bird food at reception to feed the animals which I wasn't offered so presumed you can no longer do this. The lake with the koi carp was really dirty and had a lot of scum sitting on top of the water. The animals had also been moved around and the area was smaller than previously with no deer and less birds.The wildlife walk cards had also been removed which used to be fun for the children as you had to complete a card by finding the relevant stamp machines around the park. The grounds are lovely but it's a shame about the changes and how the lake looked.
