Unacceptable service. First is a women on the reception with the short hair with the glasses . Second is a woman doctor who is arrogant and unhelpful to the parent of the 4 years old boy, she was spiteful and very arrogant to us about our issue about our son . This is against the doctor's oath . Shame . Not reccomend to anyone.

So un helpful , tried to get prescription, ridiculous been told so many different accounts and still no luck, doctors blaming pharmacy and vice versus

Reception staff, especially Stella, are extremely unhelpful! The new online booking system hadn't ordered my repeat prescription, leaving me with no tablets that i need on a daily basis. when explaining the situation to Stella she was very condescending and rude, did nothing to help at all, just kept telling me it would take 3 days to get my tablets and its my fault their system failed and not their problem. It took my chemist to go in there themselves and resolve the problem and get me my medication. 2 days later they had the cheek to send me a letter telling me about my attitude when speaking with their extremely unhelpful and rude staff, requesting i sign a code of conduct and return it to them. I have decided to join a different surgery as i am not being spoken to in such an unprofessional manner and then treated like the one in the wrong. They need to take a long hard look at their staff and how they conduct themselves and stop forcing their issues on to their poor patients who don't chose to be ill or need their help. Adding to this when suffering with some mental health issues 3 years ago i went to them for help and they were supposed to arrange for me to get urgent help, they spent the next 3 months calling the wrong person, even though my details had always been the same on the system which resolved in me not getting the help i needed and came very close to a catastrophically bad result for me and my young family. I never once got an apology, no letter to explain their actions (or lack there of) or take any responsibility for someone almost losing their life due to their poor and unprofessional service. I will say in their favor following that, my doctor did get me in touch with a very good mental health Dr from outside of this surgery who got me back up and running again. But this could have been resolved had their reception team been calling the correct person in the first place. My only hope is they weren't giving my personal details to people that shouldn't have had it, but that i will never know as once again they shirked all responsibility for their failure.

if this had 0 stars it would be a 0 called for a routine appointment was told they get released daily at 830 am called 830 for an hour long queue told it would be a 2 week wait for a routine appointment called broadfield doctors was told they had a spare appointment the same day what going on with ifield , new surgery 10 rooms ,is it that understaffed they cant see you ?? this need addressing to see people who are suffering alot quicker than they are appointing ,the management in the nhs trust need to be sacked, this surgery is a joke either sort the understaffing issue out or refer patients to surgerys that have spaces , 2 week ....pathetic
