Affordable removals. Quick service. I used Royals Removals to move into my new flat. They were on time, very quick, and courteous. Their prices are fair and reasonable; they aren't the most polished but they certainly do the job. They always answer communications and will provide a quote in just a few minutes. I arranged may removal about 6 days prior to the move date and this was just fine. Thanks!

4 weeks ago Fantastic all-round service. Fast quote, good communication, and our driver turned up 5 minutes early and helped us load even though we opted to load ourselves! With all the removal services in Crawleythis has to be one of the best. They charge a fair price as well.

Unbelievable! Phoned for a quote and the person who I spoke to said I probably wouldn't be able to afford them as the cost would be £300 just by judging my voice?!!? This was actually within my budget! How rude!!!!!

This company is absolutely awful. Poor communication, over priced and don’t even do the job!! I was given Mustafa’s number by Bensons For Beds as they suggested him as a contact to remove my old mattress. I prearranged with him on the phone to collect my old mattress and also to remove other things which I described in detail and he gave me a quote for. On the day, he took the mattress and told me “theres a problem at the dump” so he couldnt take the other items but would be back tomorrow morning and took half the quoted money. He never came back though so I called him and he said he would come between 4-5pm that day, but again he never showed up and didnt answer his phone when I called him. Finally 3 days after meeting him I tried again and got diverted to a receptionist at the company who said she couldnt call out anyone to collect the items because its wasnt an urgent query! I am disgusted by this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR REMOVALS

It was good moving wise,they did a great job,moved our stuff in like 2 hours,they were unloaded into our new home,costumer service not so great though,having just had a baby the guy has called me fat😀😀😀which i found quite rude,it's not that i dont know i am fat,the weight is coming off so slowly not being able to diet as much whilst breastfeeding😀😀anyhow if you are skinny this is the place to go,moving wise,great value for money😊
