This facility is easily accessible, you can drive right up to the doors, and in some cases, park right outside the units. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the whole building, and they've gone the extra mile in keeping the decor looking fresh. That tends to tell me they want to make a good impression, and are prepared to work to keep it favourable. There's a good entry system, that requires you to key in and out each time you go to your storage unit, which does make it feel secure. My only gripe was the layout of the unit. Saying you can give a slightly bigger unit at a lower price sounds good, but the massive vertical RSJ and the diagonal 8 inch round beam running across the back wall means you have to angle a lot of your things in to get full usage of the space. Staff were helpful, but it seemed no recording of what had been agreed the day before had been noted, necessitating a lot of form filling when I arrived at the unit. Free padlock! Overall I am satisfied, and hope to post 5 stars next time. They deserve to be successful, and a little work by them will go a long way.

When it rained water leaked from the Easistore roof onto our furniture in our storage unit on the third floor. We were rung and notified, and asked if the staff could get into our unit and move our possessions to another unit. We agreed and our contents were moved into a ground floor unit. The water leak has damaged an antique table that we had put into storage. We were told to claim on the insurance Easistore had sold us. However, there is £100 excess. Unfortunately the staff at Easistore will not say whether or not they will cover the excess until we have submitted a claim. I have pushed for the excess to be covered as it was Easistore's roof that let the water into our unit but the manager will not offer to cover it. There are no other efforts to make everything right - though we have been told that we can continue to have the ground floor unit at the same price as the third floor unit. I did not even know there was a difference in unit price - it doesn't feel like good customer service. It is all very disappointing when we chose to pay extra to come to this storage facility because of their climate control but we are now are finding that they do not take good care of their customers.

Thus purpose-built storage facility is easy to access and well organised. The building is heated and is maintained to a high standard. Trolleys are available for moving your goods through the building. The staff are both friendly and helpful and do their jobs courteously and quickly. There's really nothing negative to say. PS: the toilets are immaculate!

I have used many storage facilities and this is by far the best. The facility itself is spotlessly clean with a well designed loading area, personalised entry code system for access recording, two large lifts which accept passengers too and clean, climate controlled units. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and accommodate short-notice changes. There are snack and drink facilities and customer toilets. In addition to this there is very cheap van hire (free for first use). I strongly recommend this facility and will use again if I need to.
