Exceptionally rude male reception operator. Told me after I spoke to him he didn't have time to answer the simple question of "what storage do you have available?"
he told me he didn't have time to answer my question as he had other people on the telephone and direct me to emailing a request.
don't get me wrong I thought the receptionist was there to answer questions such as what storage was available and how much it might cost but unfortunately it seems like the gentleman on the reception desk doesn't have time for people.
I live in Haywards heath and I would not use this company and would rather drive to Crawley or somewhere else then use the self storage facility on my doorstep because of him.
it's a shame for them because I wanted to decant a 5-bedroom house into storage and ask for them too to do the removal for both ways.
Your receptionist has cost you a job, created negative feedback on a review on Google, damaged your business, which others in the Haywards heath area I am sure will will read and and not use you specifically because of this review.
