I have taken our cat here few times and he enjoyed it but i agree about the other comments from other people about the older lady behind the counter. She is rude and abrupt. Unfortunately our cat gets travel sick so have had to look nearer to home Yes it was in May but she is always rude everytime we come in. The first time we came in we've never had a cat before and we forgot the vaccination card and she did not make us feel welcome at all. The reason we've had to look elsewhere is because our cat does not travel well on the journey and because of the rude woman

We recently had our cat Dolly stay at the cattery, and we're very pleased with the process from start to finish. We were invited to visit the cattery before booking to check out the facilities, and we knew it would be perfect for her. She's a very shy cat and has been to another local cattery which seemed too loud for her, so it was a relief to have such calm and quiet accommodation for her. She was also given extra special care for being so shy - we're so grateful for the attention she received, and hope after more visits she will settle more and more. Thank you so much for your warmth, kindness and consideration! Finally, I want to call out the scumbag who was leaving 1* reviews under different names (the giveaway is when there's an account with no profile picture and just one review posted). I gather this is a competitor business who was running a smear campaign to ruin this business - completely unacceptable, and I'm reporting this to Google and the local authorities to investigate, as it is libel, plain and simple. Also - they need to learn to spell 'know'... If you are considering using Ifield Park, please take the 1* reviews with a huge pinch of salt, as my experience has been perfect and I'm sure yours will be too!

I totally agree with the other reviews regarding the manager I was in the shop recently listening to the way she was speaking to one of the staff members I was totally shocked then the owner walks in and the manager totally changed her attitude towards the girl acting all happy and kind towards her this manager is a jekyll and Hyde! I spoke briefly to the cattery girl and I was very concerned for her and the welfare of the animals apparently the cats were being fed out of date food ( approx 7months) she told the manger the tins were out of date all she did was open a tin smell it and said that’s fine! Also she stated to me she was leaving as the heat lamps were turned off if put on by the girls by the owners as cost to much to run ( customers paying for heat lamps ) because of the way the cattery & kennels were run and the way she was getting spoken to I will be reporting this to the authorities
