I was hesitant at the start with ordering fish online so I ordered a small amount and picked them up and they started to colour up in just a couple of days. I am very happy. I then ordered the rest of my fish which was a large quantity and I can't say how impressed and happy I am. The delivery was very easy and smooth, the fish look incredible. I've have searched a long time for the best cichlids and these are by far the best I've come across. Not to mention the staff are super friendly and helpful. I more then recommend these guys and will always use them from now on. Thank you.

Ordered online for live tropical fish. First time I've done this and was extremely happy with the process, the quality of the fish and the careful delivery. I would no hesitate to recommend and to use this company again. Also very competitive prices. Very happy.

Used them for tropical fish. Arrived by courier in a polystyrene box with a hot pad inside. All fish were fine. Will use again

Having kept marines and cichlids for the last few years I’ve now gone back to the start with guppies as a good accompaniment to my Zebra Plecos. After over 30 years of fish keeping I took the plunge and for the first time ordered some fish from A-T-Y-D. All I can say is that the guppies arrived very healthy, exceptionally well packaged in a cardboard-protected polystyrene box. The fish bag was filled with a good supply of oxygen and nestled between 2 heat bags which are still warm hours after being put aside. I could not have asked for more. Polite and helpful service over the phone. Well packaged, healthy fish delivered by UPS well within the timeframe promised. Excellent.

I placed an order and it arrived a week later on the date agreed. All fish arrived safely and intact. Unfortunately, two of my species of fish died within the week, bit of a hazard I appreciate particularly in this extreme heat. I contacted them to discuss whether the tank for example had become too warm for them, but no questions asked they replaced them. Really pleased to have such fantastic customer service. Thank you so much!
