Reopened under new management and is now called Fatima's Kitchen, still a Turkish restaurant. We were served by three very professional waitresses who explained the menu and wine list to us. We had a good old chat with them and an extremely pleasant meal.
Too soon to say if we were lucky with the shift on duty or if it will always be this good but certainly I have to give full marks. It is rare these days to have a restaurant safe enough for females to relax in and not have to keep looking over our shoulders.
Food was lovely. Took a while to come out but the it was completely full and we were a table of about 12! So can completely understand why it would take longer. Entertainment was fantastic. Brilliant energy and fun! It is an experience dining here, especially for a small town :)
What a diamond restaurant this place was! We went for a meal for two on a Saturday, and it was perfect. Really lovely ambience, the staff were friendly and warm, spotlessly clean everywhere, and the food was delicious. The menu has lots of authentic Turkish food, easily as good as food we had when on holiday in Turkey. Both our meals were fantastic. Perhaps if I was to be picky it's a tiny bit expensive for what you get, but on the whole worth it. Try the calamari... Its on a whole other level compared to other restaurants. Missed out on the belly dancer so will have to return to experience that! Well done to the owners and staff... We will be back!
Came here for a lunch with my Mum then a Birthday dinner for my husband and friends, along with 2 babies. Wonderful food, simply cooked and good portion sizes. Attentive and helpful staff. Highly recommended!
Visited Turquoise Kitchen on Saturday afternoon with my Mum and Sister. Staff were amazing and so was the food. A lovely atmosphere. Will be returning soon.
