My absolute favorite burgers! I was so happy to hear they were coming near me! Nice and fresh- made to order everything! Wasn’t busy when I arrived (New Years' Eve 11:30), in fact I was the only one. Waited outside for the food and was off, I’d say it was 15 minutes at the max-didn’t time it so had to be under 15. I had 3 different burgers and one order of chips. Everything was clean and tidy, the staff were super nice, and the food was hot and delicious! I definitely will be returning!!

Had to wait 30mins passed my collection time. But they did give us free milkshakes for long wait. Was a good burger, not the best I've ever had. Good texture on the burgers on the meat side. Overall the burger just lacked flavour. Just needed a wow factor in the taste. Give me punch with flavour in the burger. Just plain taste in the meat instead

For me it's pretty impossible to dislike a Five Guys. They make exquisite beef burgers. Definitely better than any of the other big chains and to this date I haven't personally eaten a better one. You never feel undercut either as their portions could easily feed a family plus a few horses. This particular branch has very friendly staff. Friendly behind the counter and friendly out in the restaurant. I will return many times after this visit!

Five Guys is my favourite place for burgers... if you want decent burger that is, always made fresh and with a smile, only thing that lets it down is click and collect... I don't know if its just me.. but if I book online i sort of expect when I arrive that my foods ready.. well no had to wait an extra 25min wait... and tbh I would have minded if I had known but still.. big enough inside so you can eat in even if its busy, cant go wrong with the refill, move the different flavours. Other than that if I was being really picky I've had better chips from the Brighton store.. top noch.

Unpleasant experience. Long waiting time, no social distance, took takeaway and realized after arriving home that few items were missing from my order:(( spoke to customer service, no interest to solve the problem. Don’t recommend
