Ample parking unlike other Lidl stores, more spacious, I was able to find most of the tings I like, a little concerned about the exposed bakery during this time! Selection of meat is great & perfect for stocking up your cupboards, great cheaper alternatives to brands. Only criticism really i have have had a few experiences with poor quality fruit & veg & wonder if it’s how it is stored prior to going out to the shelves so now I don’t buy my fruit & veg from Lidl anymore.
Reasonable range, fruit, bread and meat go off very quickly. I've seen fruit off on the shelves and had meat smell terrible before it's use date. Never enough check out's open, queues half way down the isles. Self service is fairly good as are the little trolly's for the kids, good car park.
A great store to have in Burgesshill ticks all the boxes for me. This store has certainly kept all the traditional superstores on their toes in terms of prices and offers. Well done Lidl.
Best lidl I've been in so far. Newly opened, super clean and spacious. Bigger selection of products than other lidl. Plus the staff aren't grumpy.
The word Lidl doesn't usually make you think of customer service, but I have seen amazing stuff here. A poor man was unbelievably patient helping a woman with her very long list who didn't even know what a pork chop was and at checkouts there was a woman who was so lovely and helpful (they not have a card available through apps which we are now getting). Sorry I don't know names, but they did great!
