I found my experiences at my local Co-op Bewbush very good. The staff very helpful in this difficult time. Good, varied choice of products.
So the co-op is on Deliveroo. I live in Kilnwood vale, with a path to us that isn’t on the dual carriageway, yet they don’t deliver to us via this method! Silly really as it’s quite safe for cyclists. But they lose customers from an estate that requires you to drive to your nearest shop! Work that one out!!!
Good job the Bewbush Co OP crewe especially Tehmim, helpful and courteous.
Very bad. The staff are unattentive and uninterested in serving the customer.
The queue is allowed to regularly grow to halfway down the shop, whilst the person on the checkout is chatting and laughing with colleagues, before anybody considers opening another till.
Shockingly bad customer service.
Go anywhere else instead... trust me, it's worth the additional miles in the car!
