Normally like Lidl but this time queues too long, left basket on side and departed.
12 people waiting to pay for their shopping, just one amazing Asian woman at the till ( don't remember her name though). She asked her manager to open another till, then the manager answer was just a laugh " you'll be fine " without opening any other till.
Very poor management, no social distances, empty boxes everywhere on the floor.
Very disappointed Lidl in Horley by how you treat you Asian lady cashier.
Good parking and access to the store, the range of products is limited but the quality is still excellent.
Because it's a smaller store and given the limitations of covid-19 it takes a little time to find the items you want. But they have done their best to make it work. Hence the 4 stars but still worth the effort to get what you want.
Lots if social distance measures in place at the moment protecting customers and staff. Staff are always pleasant and helpful when approached. Shelves are usually stacked and the shop is clean. Parking is free and under cover so helpful in bad weather. Overall a great experience
This is a good lidl, its quick and efficient people go in and out at a fast rate, shelves are nice and stocked up and a guy at the till was really lovely
