terrible customer service when contacted about a problem with delivery ignored me for weeks with blunt replies. when i put forward my issue with their customer service i was completely ignored i will never put my money into this business again. like i said once with polite intentions , if you want to run a business (especially a small one in these times) you should know your customers are your most valuable asset treating them reasonably would be a great place to start.

Brilliant customer service, Order came within two working days, prices were excellent too. Been in the shop in Newport and staff were kind and polite, Fully recommend would definitely be using again! Bossmans is the one!

If there was a star that was lower than 1, that’s exactly what I would rate this company. I read the reviews on Google and chose to still buy from this company. Never again, such a mistake! They failed to email me when certain items were out of stock and gave me substitutes without being informed on this. Add insult to injury, they failed to send me the tracking number for the delivery which meant that I missed my delivery. The delivery finally came the next working day and they sent me an expired item. It couldn’t get any worse than this. This business should rightfully be closed and they do not understand the need to prioritise good customer service. Do not buy from this shop, you will regret it. Totally unprofessional!

Would strongly advise against making an online order. Out of 15 items, 7 were not available and 1 was substituted without as much as an email asking if this was ok to do. These items are also still showing as in stock on the website. 2 of the items were out of date and this is not specified in the website either. Package was not particularly secure and some of the items were pretty beaten up on arrival. Refund email had been sent prior to reciveing the package but with no context or apology and no response to a follow up email asking what had been refunded. Pretty poor service all around. Friendly piece of advice for you guys. You have a lot of competition and if you want your business to survive, I strongly advise you look at how they conduct themselves to see how you should be doing things. Right now, you're clearly showing how little you respect your customers but news Flash! (Whispers in ear) your customers are the ones who will keep you in business 🤯
