Took a big bag of books and DVDs there this morning (18.10.2019) at 9.50am.was ignored by girl behind counter.I asked shall I Leave bags by counter.Response was yes. Walked out and shouted thank you that's OK as no thank you in shop,no greeting ,no goodbye and no civil customer contact.Staff needs some training on how to treat customers.Shall not be dropping any more items at this shop.
Quite an expensive charity shop, very small but items are set out well. Shop doesn't smell like a charity shop unlike some however the gossiping shop assistants isn't great. As a customer leaves the chatter starts about said customer. Disappointing should be said discreetly
