I totally agree with the review given previously. The member of staff that Christina was talking about is rude with zero personality and talks to customers with disgust. Absolute shambles. Every time I get my prescription from there the staff are loitering around, only thinking about who is making the next coffee and ignore the customers. The one particular member of staff shouldn't ever work in customer services as she is awful.
I have used this pharmacy for several years and I have to say the staff , one in particular has shown the same level of consistency in their customer service throughout this time , this being miserable, rude , unsmiling and generally ignorant . I don’t usually pass such comments and I think I am a very understanding person but
Today I’ve just had enough of their rudeness
I’m sure I can’t be the only person to think this and I cannot understand why it is allowed to continue, fortunately I will not have to experience it any longer as I am taking my business elsewhere
