Rang as lockdown was announced to ask for my scripts to be delivered. I had to shield. Was told by a very rude lady that this could be done but cannot tell me when. My husband has been several times since March to pick up my scripts & the same elderly lady has told him there is only 1 large package. When I've check there should have been 2 large packages. My husband has to make double trips. Totally unacceptable. I dread going to our chemist for anything now. The tall male pharmacist is lovely. Can't do enough for you.
Update following complaint 2 of my support workers had an issue with the same member of staff and a complaint was made they are ok with resolved issue and issue is closed now good service
They do not answer phone. Tried 7 times today. Obviously not got enough staff working here, very poor.
Phoned 10 times over 3 days and no one answers. Are they still there?
