I have just moved to the area and needed more medication, the pharmacist a lovely man, went above and beyond his job, he rang my old Drs and made sure my medication was all done for me to pick up, he did an amazing job can’t thank him enough
Absolutely fabulous service, the Pharmacist went above and beyond to help me and get my medication to me the same day. I can’t thank him enough, for his help, in this most urgent matter.
I had a problem when they got my prescription wrong. Instead of 100 mg tablets they dispensed 25 mg tablets. When I went back I found the the attitude of the woman on the desk officious and unhelpful. She asked me the name of the doctor who issued the prescription but as it was sent direct to the shop I didn’t know. I don’t know if she was suspicious of my claim but her attitude was brusque and unhelpful. Then
when the pharmacist gave me the correct tablets he suggested I should have checked them before I left the shop. As it was my wife who had collected them I couldn’t have done so. It was their mistake but when asked to correct it they were officious and unhelpful.
Found pharmacy assistants to be rude and Limited knowledge which I can comment on as I am a retired nurse I too have experienced mistakes by them and despite me speaking to the manager they don’t appear.to like customers checking their tablets as they receive them I think they need to strengthen their procedures Poor show
