Waited in a queue of 3 to get my prescription which was still on the computer unseen. I was told it would be 5 mins so Insat down (I didn't see a sign to say I shouldn't. I was then asked to wait outside and the pharmacist would come to me so I did. The pharmacist has my prescription and asked if I needed to pay, which I did. I was told to go back round to the front to pay. There was a queue of 7+ people now. I was told to get to the back of the queue. I couldn't as I needed to go to work. I am working Saturday morning and Monday morning, so now have to wait until Monday afternoon to start my treatment. Surely I could have paid before being sent out?
If you have a repeat prescription stop using this pharmacy. It is never ready, you have to do 2 trips,one to see if prescription arrived and if is ready(never) and another one to pick up your medication. Some staff are fantastic, some of them are extremely rude( could be because of my funny name?). They don't answer the phone ( been with them for 4 years)not now during Covid19 not ever. They started wearing masks all of them on the 2nd lockdown, before that is was pick and choose. So I decided to change them with Echo. Echo is the online branch of Lloyds Pharmacy. Free delivery, very good app- they send you reminders when to take your medication and when you are low on it and they are requesting the medication from GP. It is FANTASTIC.
Ps. For the management at headquarters: Your "apologie" was a whitewash.
Staff always friendly and welcoming. On my most recent visit, I was struggling with standing and walking, which the staff kindly accommodated. Waiting time for prescription was as expected.

Terrible service. Not staying open until advertised hours. Slow service when they are open
