I've got family having to self isolate with no close family around, I rang just for pets up and this lovely man answered. He was very helpful and offered to deliver the rabbit food off for us. Couldn't be more happier with the service.

Fantastic service when visiting this afternoon to purchase a budgie to add to my aviary. Jess who served me was super friendly & helpful and Went above and beyond. I shall definitely be back as all birds were very healthy & well cared for and certainly not your typical pet shop stock. 10/10, many thanks.

I often go here now since I have adopted two stray cats since I have moved to bromsgrove last year. One of them I suspect was my now-home's previous owner's cat (I suspect the owner had passed away and the cat left to fend for itself). I didn't really know what cat biscuits would be best but I received fantastic customer service from one of the ladies who noticed I seemed confused. Advising me of where each of the brands sit in terms of quality and cost and why my two new cats would thank me for it. I have also whilst on my town centre strolls taken my 2 year old in with me to look at the budgies and parrots in their extensive bird section (where I've also purchased food for our garden wildlife), it is no bother to the staff and my daughter really enjoys the visit. Another independent business in bromsgrove I am proud to support with my custom.

Staff we're extremely helpful with a lot of knowledge and answering questions. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Shop was lovely and clean and also well laid out. Will definitely return. Many thanks The Bond Family and our newest budgie (buddy)
