Ordered our food tonight at 17:48 via just eat app. App said food would be delivered by 19:00 which was a long time but I thought its Saturday night so fair enough. Order didn't arrive until 19:20 and it was cold. Noodles were slimy, sweet and sour chicken wasn't sour at all, just sweet. No complimentary prawn crackers even though we spent over £30 on food. Ordered the meal for 1 which was £12.30 just for that and I was shocked when I saw the meal as it definitely was not work £12! Half a box of noodles and half a box of beef in black bean sauce, not even full portions. Will definitely not be ordering from here again.

My order was delivered to the wrong address, but the delivery driver didn't even knock the door so the neighbours didn't know it was there. They brought it round after spotting something but it was cold by the time we had it.

I hadn't ordered from here before but as the usual Chinese I normally go to was.closed thought I would try this one. My son had chicken balls & chips & the chicken balls were tiny & not as good from all other chinese take aways I've been to. I had what I usually would have which was chicken chow mein & it tasted fine. The next morning I woke up with horrendous stomach ache & spent all morning having to run back & to from the bathroom. I will never order from here again & would advise anyone to stay clear & chose somewhere else cause would not want anyone to have the same experience as me

Really lovely food. The only 'niggle' for me was the ribs which were slightly too salty. The rest was great and delivered promptly, actually early. Will definitely buy again.

Had an appalling meal and service from this restaurant in ipsley street. Delivery was 30 mins late, cold or lukewarm food Hair in the food and missing items from our order. Restaurant didnt care and offered to reheat our food not cook fresh or refund but to reheat. If you are unaware with rice especially it can be deadly to reheat due to salmonella. The restaurant promised a refund upon arriving to the shop refused so when i asked for a replacement meal instead they told me i had to bring in the food for them to replace, i explained due to being inedible it was in the bin but they insisted i bring it back, so i bagged the food up and took it back where they said they will reheat or resell the food later. Disgusting and unsafe practises. They also put it back outside on the path by their front door
