Visit this shop often its usually pretty safe but on this occassion there were too many people close together and there was a long waiting queue for the one checkout.

This store is bit smaller than the other Heron stores I've been to. You'll get decent products.

Going a bit down hill since the young lad left think his name was (phil), He always had a smile and could have a good convo with him. Everytime I go in there now you could feel a bad atmosphere in there you need to keep the good ones in your store to keep customers coming back as you build a friendship with the customer. I say bring him back as most regular customers ask where he is and say how bad your store has been without him there.
